Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated June 2026.
We'd rather you buy Foldout only if it genuinely helps. This page explains the free trial, how subscriptions renew and cancel, and how refund requests are handled through Paddle — all stated plainly, before you ever pay.
Try before you buy
Foldout includes a 14-day free trial that starts locally in the app and does not require a payment method. Listed workflows are unlocked during the trial, so you can decide whether Foldout fits your work before paying anything.
Subscription renewals
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. A lifetime(one-time) purchase doesn't renew — you pay once and keep it.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the period you've already paid for and then ends before the next charge. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.
Refunds
Foldout purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with any mandatory rights you have under local law.
You can request a refund through Paddle buyer help at paddle.net. You can also email hello@getfoldout.comwith the purchase email and receipt details, and we'll help route the request. If Paddle issues a refund, access tied to that purchase may be revoked.
