Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and StashNx for the Foldout macOS app. By downloading or buying Foldout you agree to these terms. These terms cover Foldout app licenses only.

Your license

• You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use Foldout on up to 2 Macs you own.
• Lifetime licenses are perpetual and include one year of updates. Subscriptions work while active.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or work around licensing.

Product scope

Foldout is downloadable macOS utility software for local file, PDF, image, video, OCR, text, archive, capture, and developer-formatting workflows. Public tool pages on this site describe the Foldout app and license. Foldout does not create synthetic people, voices, likenesses, or media from prompts.

No other StashNx work is sold through this Foldout site or through Paddle checkout for Foldout.

Your files and required rights

You are responsible for using Foldout only with files, folders, images, audio, video, text, and other content that you own or are authorized to process. You must have any rights, permissions, releases, or consents required for the files you transform, inspect, redact, export, or share, including any image, recording, or likeness of a person.

Payment, renewals & refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle provides checkout, tax handling, buyer payment support, and refund handling, so your receipt and billing emails may reference Paddle.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — cancel anytime from your account. Refund requests are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms; see Refunds & Cancellation for details. You can also review Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms directly.

Updates

Foldout can check for and install app updates. Lifetime buyers get a year of updates; subscribers get updates while subscribed.

No warranty

Foldout is provided "as is". It's a file utility — please keep backups. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for data loss or indirect damages.
